DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, heat to lukewarm
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in water. Combine remaining ingredients except flour. Add flour.

Let rise in a warm place (85-90 degrees) 50-60 minutes. Stir dough down. Turn into well-greased 8 inch casserole (1 1/2 quart). Let rise in warm place 30-40 minutes.

Bake 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
