FETTUCCINE A LA ROO 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 lb. finely cubed ham
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter. Add cream, white pepper, garlic, mushrooms and ham. Heat until mushrooms are tender. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add butter mixture to noodles, then gradually add cheese, stirring well.
