SHRIMP KIEV 
16 lg. shrimp
Bread crumbs flavored with salt, pepper, garlic, dill, and parsley
Butter, melted with garlic
Flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 oz. vodka

Peel, devein, and butterfly the shrimp. Dip shrimp in flour, then egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Heat garlic butter to a high temperature and saute the shrimp for 2 minutes. Pour vodka into the pan and flambe (ignite with a match, carefully!). Serve immediately, either plain or over rice or linguine. Serves 4.
