2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 sticks butter, softened (not melted) 3/4 c. white sugar 1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 12 oz. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in one bowl. Blend the butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs in another. Combine the two mixtures, then throw in chips and nuts. Bake tablespoon size lumps for 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen cookies. |
