GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

CRUST: Mix crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Save 1 cup for topping. Press into pie tin. Bake 10 minutes.

Add filling, top with beaten egg whites plus 1/4 cup sugar and top with 1 cup of reserved graham cracker crumbs. Return to oven. Bake until meringue is brown.

FILLING: Cook sugar, flour, salt, milk and egg yolks until they thicken; stir constantly. Add butter and vanilla. Cool slightly; pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees.
