SAUERKRAUT AND PORK 
Pork roast
Sauerkraut
Sliced onions
Uncooked wide noodles

Use size of pork roast needed. Place in center of roaster. Layer kraut, sliced onions, wide noodles around meat. Be sure noodles are buried under the kraut. Cover and bake at 325 degrees until meat is very tender.
