SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
