STRAWBERRY TAPIOCA 
1 qt. fresh strawberries, quartered
1/2 to 3/4 c. honey
2 1/2 tbsp. minute tapioca or cornstarch

Place strawberries in pan and boil. Add honey and tapioca and cook until it is clear. As far as possible, keep the berries from mashing. May be served hot or cold.
