FRUIT GELATIN 
1 stick agar-agar or 3 tbsp. agar flakes or 2 tsp. powder
3 c. apple juice
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. mint
Pinch sea salt
1 orange, peeled and sectioned (optional)

Break agar-agar in pieces. Bring to a boil with other ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes, or until agar is completely dissolved.

Pour into mold and float orange sections on top. Chill 1 hour to jell or leave at room temperature for 2 hours.

Other gelatins: Vegetable juices, herb tea and fruit.
