CHERRIES JUBILEE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can pitted dark cherries, halved
1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained and cut into sm. pieces
1 1/2 c. juice from both cherries and pears
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into sm. cubes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Lettuce leaves for garnishing

Heat the juices, 1 1/2 cups, then add gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and chill until partially set. Fold in the cherries, pears, cubed cheese, and pecans. Put into a 4 1/2 cup mold and chill until firm. Unmold onto a large plate, lined with lettuce leaves. Serves 8.
