3/4 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts

Mix first 3 ingredients. Boil 5 minutes and add chips until melted. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and pour into buttered pan or plate.
