OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
1/4 c. butter, melted in cookie pan
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. orange juice
8 or 9 slices bread (we always used wheat)

Mix eggs and orange juice and dip in the bread. Place bread in the pan and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top.

Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes.
