3 eggs, beaten well
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
16 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 recipe graham cracker crust (recipe below)

Combine eggs, cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond. Beat well. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust and trim with reserved crumbs. Bake in springform pan or old fashioned deep dish pie plate at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until just set. Cool. Chill well. Garnish with favorite topping at serving time. Serves 10.

GRAHAM CRUST:

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together well. Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Save three tablespoons for topping.
