BROWN SUGAR PECAN POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 lb. box light brown sugar
5 lg. eggs
3 c. flour (all purpose)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 or 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream sugars and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
