FRUIT SALAD WITH KIWI 
1 med. size pineapple
2 pears or 2 persimmons
1 c. (1/2 lb.) red grapes or a mixture of seedless red and green
3 bananas
6 kiwi
1 c. chopped walnuts
Small amount of berries may be added for taste (optional)
Honey-Yogurt dressing (recipe follows)

Core, peel and cut the pineapple into 1 inch cubes. Slice the bananas and pears (or persimmons) along with the kiwi which heave been peeled. Combine all of these with the grapes. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. When serving, place the dressing and nuts in separate bowls. Guests may add them to the fruit.

HONEY-YOGURT DRESSING:

1 1/2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. fresh ginger
3/4 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all of the above. This may be prepared a day ahead.
