SUMMERTIME PASTA SALAD 
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
6 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
1 c. carrot slices
1 c. green pepper slices
1 c. zucchini slices
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1/4 lb. salami, cut into strips

Combine salad dressing, cheese, milk and parsley; mix well. Add combined remaining ingredients, toss lightly. Chill several hours. Add additional salad dressing just before serving, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
