CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 c. tomato sauce
4 oz. diced onion
1/2 med. green pepper, diced
1 packet instant beef broth and seasoning mix
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. cooked ground beef, crumbled
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cooked rice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beef, 3 ounces cheese and rice; stir until cheese melts. Pour in 8 x 8 inch pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven; allow to sit 10-15 minutes before serving. 4 servings.
