SLOPPY JOES 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. sugar

Brown ground beef. Add onion, celery, and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour or longer. Add water, if mixture becomes too thick. Good reheated. Serve on hamburger buns. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
