TURKEY BREAST SUPREME 
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. celery, bias cut
2/3 c. carrots, bias cut
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. dry white wine
4 turkey breasts, sliced
2 c. chicken broth
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Salt to taste

Heat water in a large frying pan. Add onion and celery and saute over medium heat until soft but firm. Add wine, garlic powder, and carrots. Simmer until liquid is gone (about 3 minutes). Reduce heat to low, add turkey slices. Cook, covered, 5 to 8 minutes, turning meat once. Remove turkey. Combine chicken broth and flour, mixing well to remove any lumps. Add broth and flour mixture to vegetables. Increase heat to medium and replace turkey. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add mushrooms 2 minutes before serving.
