GOLDEN TURKEY BREAST PARMIGIANA | |
2 lb. turkey breast, boned and cut into slices 1/2 inch thick 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. olive oil or salad oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Pound slices of turkey to about 1/4 inch thickness. Combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and marinate turkey in mixture 1 hour in refrigerator. Drain turkey. Combine flour, cheese, and spices and coat turkey generously. Heat some butter in skillet and brown the turkey slices 3-5 minutes each side. 6-8 servings. |
