TURKEY MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground turkey
3 slices day old bread, crumbled
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 med. onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. ketchup

Combine ground turkey, bread, eggs, onion, green pepper, horseradish, salt, mustard, milk, and 1/4 cup ketchup. Mold into loaf pan. Spread with remaining ketchup and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
