BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter with 1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 c. French fried onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of milk
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears

Put in layers and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
