CHOCOLATE CHERRY CREAMS 
6 oz. semisweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
1/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/3 c. cut up nuts
1/3 c. maraschino cherries, well drained, cut up
1 1/4 c. coconut

Stir chocolate pieces and Pet milk in a heavy 2 quart saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts. Take off heat. Stir in until mixed 10x sugar, nuts, cherries. Chill mixture until it is cool enough to handle. Roll teaspoonsful of mixture in coconut. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Keep chilled. Makes 2 dozen.
