TERIYAKI HAM AND RICE
Minute White Rice
thinly sliced cooked ham (from deli)
teriyaki sauce
lemon pepper
garlic salt or powder
water

Start by mixing a cup of water with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and boil it (add more teriyaki if you like it more tangy). Add rice and lemon pepper and garlic salt (or powder if watching sodium or if ham is salty already). Use the amounts you're comfortable with. Once water has begun boiling, stir it in until cooked to perfection. Use the package directions on the rice box if you are unfamiliar with cooking rice.

Cut ham slices into about one inch squares (doesn't have to be perfect). Mix a tablespoon of teriyaki with the ham; add half a teaspoon of lemon pepper, (more if you like more heat) along with a teaspoon of garlic salt/powder until the ham is coated evenly.

Cook ham in a non stick skillet on low heat for seven minutes or until it is heated all the way through.
