HERB BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 green onions, finely minced
1/8 tsp. curry powder
6 tbsp. shortening
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. Dyon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Combine first 7 ingredients; cut in shortening. Combine milk and mustard; add to dry ingredients, stirring only until mixed. Roll on lightly floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into rounds and put on baking sheet. Combine salt and egg; beat until frothy. Brush on biscuit tops. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
