ELLIOT'S STEW 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. wide egg noodles
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese

Saute onion in butter; in small bowl, blend sour cream and cream cheese. Add onion to cheese mixture. Brown meat, add tomato sauce to meat. Grease casserole and alternate layers of meat, cooked noodles, and cheese mixture. Last layer meat. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
