PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
4 oz. fettuccine noodles
1 c. Half and Half
2 tbsp. butter (the real stuff)
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, sauteed in garlic and butter
1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese

Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic and set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions, but for only half the time; drain and return to pot. Add Half and Half, butter, garlic, tomato sauce and broccoli. Bring to a boil over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.

NOTE: Shell noodles can be used in place of the fettuccine and whipping cream can substitute for the Half and Half.
