PAULA'S PEPPER JELLY 
6 c. sugar
1 12 c. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. finely chopped hot green peppers
1/4 c. finely chopped hot red peppers
1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid pectin
Food coloring (optional)

Combine first 4 ingredients listed. Bring to a boil, then set off the heat for 5 minutes. Add pectin and pour into sterilized jars. This may be sealed with melted paraffin. Good on crackers spread with cream cheese. Yield: 8 cups.
