ROQUEFORT TOMATOES 
3 tomatoes, halved
3 tbsp. Roquefort cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
Butter
Paprika

Halve tomatoes, mix together cheeses and seasonings. Blend well and spread on cut side of tomatoes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, dot with a little butter and dust with paprika. Broil only 10 minutes. Serve with sprigs of parsley on top. 6 servings.
