1/2 pt. real mayonnaise
1 pt. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 pkg. (triangles) blue cheese
2 to 3 drops Tabasco
1 tbsp. (heaping) minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Beat above together using only 2 packages of blue cheese until well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste. When correct, crumble into large chunks of the third package of blue cheese into dressing and stir. Do not beat again. Chill and serve. If dressing becomes too thick you may thin to desired consistency with buttermilk. This is also good as a dip.
