BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 box sure jel
8 c. sugar
1 box raspberry Jello

Bring beet and lemon juice and sure jell to a boil. Add sugar, Jello and boil for 6 minutes. Seal jelly with paraffin wax and store like jelly.
