GOOD PECAN OR COCONUT PIE | |
2 eggs 1 c. white corn syrup 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 c. pecans or coconut Beat eggs well; add corn syrup, sugar and butter and mix well. Spread pecans or coconut in an unbaked pie shell, and pour egg and sugar mixture over coconut or pecans. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then another 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
