TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
4 c. apples, unpeeled but diced 1/2 c. sugar 19 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, but save juice 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 c. salted peanuts Mix flour, sugar, juice, egg and vinegar. Heat until thick, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Fold in Cool Whip, apples, and pineapple. Add peanuts just before serving. |
