PAPER BAG CHICKEN 
1 whole frying chicken
1 to 2 tbsp. cooking oil
Garlic salt
Rosemary
Oregano

Rub chicken inside and out with a mixture (to taste) of oil, garlic salt, rosemary, and oregano. Place the seasoned chicken in a brown grocery bag. Fold over the top and paper clip it or staple it closed. Place the bag containing the chicken on a cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 425 degrees, then 325 degrees for 1 hour.
