KOLACHE 
4 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 cake yeast or 1 tbsp.
1 1/3 c. warm milk (110-115 degrees)
4 tbsp. sugar
Fillings

Mix flour, Crisco and salt like pie dough. Set aside. Dissolve yeast in milk; add sugar and egg yolks. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Roll out dough and cut in circles (a biscuit cutter works well). Let rise until puffy. Press in center of circles with a finger. Fill indent with fillings of choice.

FRUIT FILLINGS:

Make own or else Solo can fillings.

CHEESE FILLING:

4 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk

Combine in blender until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
