KOLACHE 
6 c. scalded milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
3 tbsp. yeast
15 c. flour

Dissolve 3 tablespoons yeast in 1 1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup sugar. Cream sugar, butter and salt, eggs and about 15 cups flour. Mix to soft smooth dough. Place in greased bowl and let rise to double. Can knead down and let rise again.

Make into round Kolache by putting a piece of dough on greased sheet and spreading the dough into a round piece of about 3 inches with an indentation left for a filling of some sort.
