LOW FAT AMBROSIA SALAD | |
3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt 1/2 c. flaked sweetened coconut 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained In large bowl, lightly combine all ingredients until well mixed. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. (Percent of calories from fat: 8%) |
