ROAST-IN-FOIL 
2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
1 (1 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
4 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt

Trim excess fat from roast. Place meat in center of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with dry seasoning mix. Add carrots, celery, and onions. Bring edges of foil together; seal edges with double fold. Place seam side up in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

TIP: 1 package brown gravy mix or home style gravy mix may be substituted for the spaghetti sauce seasoning mix.
