BAKED FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. orange or 2 sm. oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
1 stick butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 c. coconut
1 (#2) can sliced pineapple, halved
1 (#2) can pear halves, quartered
1 (#2) can peaches, quartered
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries

Melt butter; add oranges, flour, sugar, and salt. Cook until thickened, adding juice from pineapple and cherries as it cooks, until oranges are tender. Add coconut. Arrange drained fruits in large casserole dish. Pour sauce over fruits. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 12-15.
