2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, 350 degrees if using glass pan. In small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. beat in eggs; gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in morsels and nuts; spread in pan, approximately 15 x 10 x 1 inches. Bake 20 minutes. A different size pan requires different cooking time.
