FRYING PAN COOKIES | |
4 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. chopped dates or one small box already cut up dates 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. Rice Krispies Cook in frying pan for 7 minutes or until well blended. Put in bowl. Cool. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 cups Rice Krispies. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Stir well and mix with hands. Butter hands to make balls. Put coconut or powdered sugar in paper bag. Shake balls. Place on tray and serve. |
