PORK CHOP BAKE 
5 med. potatoes
1/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
6 lg. pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water

Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Place in large buttered casserole. Sprinkle with (regular salt), pepper and onion. Season pork chops with Accent and seasoned salt. Brown pork chops in frying pan; drain. Place chops over potatoes. Spread soup over chips. Pour water over soup. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
