CRAB LOUIS FOR 4 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion or scallion
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Combine and blend well. Chill. 2 c. crab meat 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced 2 tbsp. chopped chives or green onion tops 12 black olives

In a bowl put shredded lettuce, pile crab meat on top, garnish with egg and olives. Sprinkle chives or onion tops overall. Pour dressing over the salad or serve on the side.
