CRAB SALAD LOUIS 
2 cans lumps crab meat, rinsed and drained
2 hard boiled eggs
Tomato wedges

DRESSING:

Combine 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, dash of Worcestershire sauce, add 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup chili sauce, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, or chives.

Place crab meat on lettuce. Arrange eggs and tomatoes around it. Serve with dressing. Serves 2-3.
