FREEZER MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice bread)
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

In a large bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt and garlic powder. Add beef; mix well. Shape into meatballs. Place in single layer on pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain on towel for 15 minutes.

Freeze for up to 6 months. To use: Let them stand, covered, in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight to thaw or defrost in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
