HONEY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. Ghiaradelli chocolate powder (not cocoa)
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water

Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in 2 layers.
