TOM AND JERRY CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
5 c. miniature marshmallows
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. heavy cream or 2 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. orange juice

Mix wafers and butter, press in 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes and cool.

Melt marshmallows and orange juice, mix until smooth, let cool in pot.

Mix cream cheese and rum, beat until fluffy, add marshmallows and mix. Fold in Cool Whip and pour on cool crust. Chill in refrigerator.
