3 c. buckwheat flour 1 c. white flour 1/2 cake yeast dissolved in warm water 1 tbsp. salt 4 tbsp. brown sugar Add enough water to make a thick batter. Keep warm overnight then add water and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda; mix well. Cook like your would pancakes. |
