KONA INN BANANA BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. softened butter
6 ripe bananas, 3 cups
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric beater, cream together, sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add bananas and eggs beating until well mixed.

Sift together dry ingredients 3 times. Blend with banana mixture but do not overbeat. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until firm in the center. Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pan.
