CHILI EGG FLUFF 
1/2 c. butter
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch oven proof baking dish. Beat eggs until light, add remaining ingredients. Blend in melted butter, then pour entire mixture into buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Good eaten at any temperature.
